As part of any MVLA team or program, players may sign up for small group lessons to supplement their development. These sessions are usually 6-week, 8-week, or 12-week sessions and primarily focus on technical skills, ball handling, goal-keeping, and striker training. There are also development clinics focused on speed and agility to improve the player performance and endurance. The size of these groups can range from 1-2 individuals to larger groups of up to 8.
