C.  Discussion on field coordinator position tabled until Jeanine can attend:

 

      i.  The board is not averse to this being a paid position

     ii.  The board would like to discuss with Jeanine splitting the responsibility:

          a.  working with field owners

          b.  scheduling practice slots

 

     iii.  Rodney to speak to Jeanine on 2/6:  does this need to be resolved prior to AGM or can it wait until post AGM, 30 minutes at next board meeting?

 

D.  Joe Seither u8 boys program admitted in club (1 team right now)

    i. F license

   ii. 10 commits, 2 alternate players, 3 awaiting

   iii. most of kids los altos/lah/mtn view

 

E.  Flora's petition for u12 Spring team denied

   i.  EQ94+Firestorm, 2 teams.

   ii.  no justification for 3rd team in age group
