The MVLA Board of Directors is a dedicated leadership team responsible for guiding the club's strategic direction and growth. Comprising volunteers, the board focuses on key areas such as revenue generation and field development to ensure the club's long-term success. They meet 6–8 times per year to discuss and implement initiatives that support MVLA’s mission and community.

? HISTORY MADE. ? MVLA 2016G Blue are your NEW NorCal State Cup U10 Champions — the first State Cup title for this group! Guided by Coach of the Year Esteban Sosa, who was recently named the 2024-25 ECNL Girls Coach of the Year, this team showed what true MVLA character looks like. Sosa led MVLA’s U16 Girls to a National Championship and shaped a culture of excellence and growth. In one of the most competitive youth tournaments in the country, these girls earned every bit of their trophy. They played with craft, heart, and relentless energy — and this first‐ever title is a milestone that will last. ?⚽️ Massive congratulations to the players. Thank you to Coach Sosa for his leadership.
