Report Field/Equipment Issues
Use the Field and Equipment Submission form for reporting field, game equipment and practice equipment issues at MVLA permitted fields.
Access Restrictions
Blach Intermediate School is a closed campus during school hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM and between sunset and sunrise.

Blach Intermediate School 11v11 Grass Field
Setup
- Full-size goals are locked along the east fence to a fixed pole roughly 2/3s of the way in. LOCK the lock and change the combination it is set to IMMEDIATELY after unlocking the goals so that students cannot learn the combination by looking at the lock during the game.
- Corner flags and goal anchor sandbags (2 per goal) are stored in the AYSO brown Knaack lock box that is located along the east fence adjacent to the north end zone.
Cleanup
- Leave the nets on and return the goals to the east fence where the fixed post with the lock chain resides roughly 2/3s of the way in. The goal mouth should face the fence and ensure the chain is wrapped around both goals and lock the lock.
- Return the corner flags and goal anchor bags to the lock box and ensure that the box is LOCKED – the lock needs to be pushed in to lock.
- Please leave the field cleaner than when you arrived.
