Report Field/Equipment Issues
Use the Field and Equipment Submission form for reporting field, game equipment and practice equipment issues at MVLA permitted fields.
Access Restrictions
Covington Elementary School is a closed campus during school hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM and between sunset and sunrise.

Covington Elementary School 9v9 Grass Field
Setup
- Smaller 7' x 21' white goals for 9v9 games with nets permanently left on are locked along the east fence just to the left of the orange storage box. LOCK the lock and change the combination it is set to IMMEDIATELY after unlocking the goals so that students cannot learn the combination by looking at the lock during the game.
- NEVER Give the combination out to players. We have had issues at Covington with goals being unlocked, used and left on the field and the School District has mandated that the goals remain locked. Failure to adhere to this rule could result in the club losing its use permit at Covington.
- Corner flags and goal anchor bags (1 per goal) are stored in the orange RIGID storage lock box that is located along the east fence. LOCK the lock IMMEDIATELY after retrieving the equipment.
Cleanup
- Return the corner flags and goal anchor bags to the lock box and ensure that the box is LOCKED.
- Roll the goals to the left side of the orange box so they are facing the fence and centered around the chain so that the chain can be wrapped around a goal post from each and locked.
- Please leave the field cleaner than when you arrived.
